Fieldbrook Volunteer Fire Department operates out of one station in the Fieldbrook Valley about 7 miles east of McKinleyville, California. The Department is staffed by an all volunteer crew of 19 firefighters. Five of these firefighters are emergency medical technicians. We provide fire protection, fire prevention education, technical rescue and emergency medical services to the residents of Fieldbrook Valley.
In 2013, the FVFD remodeled and expanded their fire house which was originally built in 1960 and had undergone many updates. The project was funded by a special tax assessment and funds, labor, and materials donated by the community and resulted in one of the finest fire stations in the county.
Fieldbrook Glendale Community Services District (the "District") is committed to ensuring that its services are accessible to all
